TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

a.)Reservation and Payment
-P500/person shall be deposited to guarantee reservation which will be deducted from the total package cost. Deposit is non-refundable but transferable to others on same dates.
-Remaining balance must be fully-paid 7 business days before the travel dates.
-Cancellation of the reservation any cause not attributable to the Travel Agency shall cause the forfeiture of the deposit/ full payment made by the guests/clients.
-Child below 3 years old is free of charge, bed sharing with parents, not entitled to free hotel breakfast.
Full charge apply for 4yrs old and above.

b.)Groupings and Hotel/room sharing
-This is a JOIN TOUR of 12-14 persons; small groups are combining to form one group of 12-14 persons.
-Exclusive tour is per request (12-14 persons) and can choose preferred travel dates.
-Minimum 3-6 persons per room unless avail exclusive room.
-Add P250/person for exclusive room (exclusive 2persons in a room)

c.)Assembly place and time, tour schedule
– Pickup and drop off at KFC Shopwise Araneta Center Cubao (Thursday Night), 8:00PM-9:00PM
-Additional charge is applied for pick-up drop off beyond the assembly point for minimum 8 participants only in a group.
-No seat reservation/arrangement (unless for Senior Citizen, PWD). First come first serve basis.
-Pack light (good for 3-days clothes only). Trolley is not allowed.
